Before starting with our agency, Amber spent time at Capital One in telephone collections and escalated customer management. These career stops allowed Amber to flourish in the world of customer service & overall customer experience.
Amber loves spending time with family, especially her fiancé Steven & her son Camden. She also enjoys going out to eat & binge-watching TV dramas & suspense movies. She loves listening to all types of music, especially live, and her favorite color is yellow.
