Tavorise K. Marks is a native of Brunswick County, Virginia, and has been a resident of the Chester community since 2015. Tavorise is a United States Army Veteran with over 15 years of honorable service, and over eight years of service in various leadership roles in state and federal gov. Tavorise is known for his active community service in Central, Virginia and his willingness to go the extra mile for others.

Tavorise is an Alumni of the Norfolk State University, the University of Virginia, the Harvard Kennedy School of Gov, and the University of Richmond respectively. He earned a Master's degree in Urban Affairs and Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Sociology, and a Professional Certificate in Paralegal Studies – Contract Law. He is licensed in property and casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and financial services products in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Tavorise is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth and offers this service free of charge to all current customers.

Tavorise and his team provide services to the entire Commonwealth of Virginia with an increased focus on the Cities of Hopewell, Petersburg, and Richmond, and the Counties of Prince George, Chesterfield, Henrico, Dinwiddie, Brunswick, and Greensville.
